Scope
Stage 4A2 and 4A3 : 100 Lot Subdivision
MS Civil were appointed as head contractor on these stages of the Lockerbie Subdivision Development in Morrinsville for our Client, Lockerbie Estates. MS Civil had been a subcontractor on the previous stages.
Whilst the earthworks were delivered by others, but MS Civil scope included all other aspects of the infrastructure services including retaining walls to the lots, all three waters installation, liaison with and installation of external services (power, gas, fibre, streetlighting), layerworks, kerbing, footpaths, surfacing, road marking, signage and topsoil and grassing. The majority of these activities we self-delivered, with specialist subcontractors being utilised for some aspects of the works. The project was delivered against tight timeframes through the winter months, with stringent focus on achieving the agreed project delivery timelines. Practical completion was achieved on 1 October 2024.
